Procomp



The voting terminal was developed by Diebold Procomp aimed at the international market. The project was based on its vast experience in Brazilian electronic voting systems, obtained in the 1998, 2000, 2004 and 2006 elections. Basically it consists of a small computer that uses a processor, flash memory and other electronic components. It is user friendly and has devices that assure security and integrity for the vote. Voting terminals, besides hindering frauds, can reduce the percentage of blank and void votes as well as voting absence.
